I'm sure some 1 has answered this somewhere but after a few hours of searching I found nothing on the spacing between the boards.. I would like to build a 4 board rig with hlg 320h c2800b for a 2x4 scrog when the boards and heat sinks are back in stock I liked the the rig @dandyrandy built but he didn't post any info on it.. understandable.. lol i would like do build something like that..@stephenj37826

Abba or the original Genesis reunion would not sell out as fast and Robin and Stephen's monster QB boards. LOL!
I am not sure about Iron Maiden. They sellout globally really fast.

Boards and Slate 2 heatsinks will be available tomorrow afternoon.
Limited Double board heatsink will be sold in a few days. If you like them we will bring more.
We have plenty of boards in stock.
Got Slate 2 shipment yesterday.
I wanted to do some testing today.
2 boards with same voltage. S5 Flux bin and A1 voltage bin. slate 1 right, slate 2 left
Series mounted on HLG-240H-C1050A
Limited Double board heatsink will be sold in a few days. If you like them we will bring more.

Slate 2 heat is spread better. Center is the hottest part.
The long serrated fins can utilize the airflow much better than the old Slate 1
the base plate is slightly thicker in slate 2 so helps spread heat more evenly.
Slate 2 has 25% more cost
Slate 1 fins are the hottest part. This is because fins are close and unable to take as much advantage of air movements. It is slighter and cheaper and works fine for lower power.
I recommend Slate 2 for 1050mA or higher drive current
Slate 1 - 555 grams - 1.22lbs
Slate 2 - 725 grams - 1.6 lbs
In grow space heatsinks will run cooler due to airflow. at 740mA the heatsink i have in 2x2x4 tent runs at 38C

These slate 2 have bigger fins and they can bend during shipping. It is easy to bend them back with pliers.
I need a few days to select a box and packing for shipping the long once.

You can space them out over your plants like I have mine, just a little wider apart.
