I thought they was both 2 boards on each driver in series.

2100 the boards go in parallel. 1050 they go in series.

4 QB 304s on 2 HLG 240H- 1050 is a SE 1000 watt replacement by itself.

It's gonna be awesome in about 6 months when this first round of enthusiastic mo'fo's all have some results with these boards.

I'm gonna be using just two 288s in a 4x4 at 300 watts total. All I can afford for now, and at first I thought it might not be enough for the space. However, I have been reading just how bright and powerful these boards are, I have a good feeling about what's gonna happen.

If you use A type they will pull 615+ at wall. I actually run then @550 watts.

What is the advantage of the 288's vs the 304's? Other than efficiency. Trying to make my mind up, on what to go with.

the voltage being low enough to give use more series wiring options is the best advantage i can think of.maybe the only advantage other than slightly less heat on the same size pcb board.

Don't think there is an option anymore. The 288 is the upgrade and only choice.

Two boards with heatsink run at 250 watts plus will so you well. May even need less wattage it takes some fine tuning.

Dude, if you had both boards at 100 watts, you might not even notice the cfls are on lol. They wont help or hurt IMO.
