Yea, I like my local shop. I have been in there about a dozen times. A few of them are going to college for agricultural and on wens and friday, its free wrom castings tea day. So I might stop by and get some.

But I do believe they know a ton. They give me free articles on how to make my own compost from trash and how to make tea's and what not. Very knowledgeable.

But I do see what your saying about mixing, and just sticking to the basics and to one main fert. Will see how these do for the next few weeks.

Killer, I will be watching when I can....
Question, if your at 5 weeks, can you still Foliage feed? The reason I ask is becasue the guy there said its really beneficial to foliage feed the tea because its full of good bateria/fungi/biotics ect. But I was wondering if I should feed through soil and folaige or just soil.

About to mix my tea, sugar, enymes, MOAB, nuts in RO. Plants should be loving it by the am.............

I would not want the humidity higher the 80% for a more then a few hours, that should be your main concern...Just keep the humidity down, especially in the last few weeks.

Well, just checked on the buds, and they appear to be looking like there too top heavy. Like the stems are not strong enough to stand straight up like they where yesterday. Its as if the bud density increase faster then the development in strength in structure. Or maybe its cause Im high. Dam they lookin juicy compared to my first grow. Wait till week 6 pics........I already feel like there is going to be a significant difference in growth with the new additions. Thanks for the advice daddy!

Buds are looking real nice right about now. About 25-35% of the hairs are red. Once they all go red and the trics are amber, there ready right? I really need to get me a 100X magnifier next. I have about $135 left to spend once I get my beans!. I think i will get a bin to put the flower pots in and fill it up with white rock so there not graining on to the rug. Also could be converting to an ebb and flow later. Also want to get some of those plugs and superthrive. I think I am going to try that method D. What plugs you use?

:)

Dewey,

I just finished a grow using all Fox Farms nutes plus the 3 Fox Farms solubles that Daddy referred to. I will say thay he is right from my experience. I got much bigger buds than I expected and ended up with 6 packed pints curing from only 3 plants. I think you are on the right track to a big harvest. Good luck!

Good to have another one chime in on the subject. Thanks. I will see how these new additives do on this batch and go from there. Will be comparing buds from last grow to these. If not much shows, then will try the solubles from FF. Will keep ya updated. Thanks for stopping by.

Buds are looking slightly as if they have had too much fert or tds is high. I only have ph pen. That is what I should invest in next, cause I want to go more hydro ebb & flow style or make my own rubbermaid bubblers. Who knows, still trying to decide whats the best grow setup for the new beans.

Whats ur method D?

Nutrient Solution:

Notes:Buds are starting to get too heavy and starting to make the branches drag down. But lots of side branches that are not getting enough direct light because of upper foliage, are leaning down trying to get there light from the white walls. Its as if there reaching to the white walls for all the lights reaching for the sun.

But the buds are already bigger then my last harvest. There really swelling up and getting big and thick. One of them smells like a juicy fruit. Getting lots of resin too.

I think I am going to harvest at week 9. Hope it will have more of a sativa effect vs my last batch that was harvested at 11 weeks. I need to get me one of those dam magnifiers.

great looking grow! Subscribed, and rep + for the good job so far!
Thanks Dragon for stopping by. Yea this is my second grow and I am having fun. I love to step it up a notch on every grow. Next will be White Rhino and Belladonna. Should give me a nice variety. But I already have my eye on some other strains as well.

Hey daddy, did u check out the difference in bud size so far. I think theres a difference. My buds last time never got so heavy to where they could not hardly stand up for them selves. I think they either swelled up to fast, or there is a deficiency some where.

it happens, bud weight becomes more than branches can take, just tie them up, ;)..... put some stakes down..... tie them together... don't tie things too tight around the stems though...
