Some people don't understand how things work but are very quick to judge. I mean really do you think we like telling people no I can't take your money because we are sold out? Of course not.

All the other vendors are jumping in trying to catch a quick buck. Sure Samsung has the best mid power but it does seem to be a pity that we had to spend all the time and money on developement and testing for others to just jump in and not pay there dues.... We went in a very specific direction and there are those that have made boards with the same LEDs that you haven't seen us complain about but when you use the same optics and all it is kinda a kick in the teeth to someone like me who spent 100s of hours simulating every know optic and coming up with a really well thought out design. At the end of the day I don't really care. We've had to endure all the naysayers and prove this tech.... Now the profiteers move in. I guess that's how it goes.


Don't think that we have been resting on our laurals.... I devote a lot of time to development and no I haven't stopped so you will see more great things coming from HLG soon. When you purchase from us you are fueling our testing and development (which isn't free by a long shot).

Now back on topic and let's enjoy the great pics and grow journals here in the LED section.....

YOU DONT MAKE THE BOARD........
So i wouldn't call you a srs player....
This is why you will never be 1,if you made it then you would never run out of products...
I understand things trust me ive contracted to the biggest company's in oz sunshine....
I know how things work....
Its the very same with customer service....
im keen to see how you will handle complains from over seas.
If they arise....

Really your idea isn't the first ive said it many of times in this thread..
YOU stole the idea from burple panels and claimed it as yours..
Panels only needed better leds placed in them....
Others have already done this BEFORE your product..

You do realize that almost all LED companies don't make there own board. Maybe they populate them but they don't make the PCB.... So to say we aren't serious players is absurd. Secondly what company makes there own LEDs...... That's what takes so long.... Did you even read my post all the way through????? I said the LEDS HAVE A LEAD TIME NO EXCEPTIONS......

I'm not going to argue with someone that knows my business better than me.... No point..... Back on topic.

P.S. The old saying goes if you have haters you're doing something right.......

Furthermore so I guess MICROSOFT, SONY, NINTENDO, APPLE, SAMSUNG and so on aren't "serious players" because they (A) source parts from other suppliers (B) Run out of stock upon launch and it's months before the supply stabilizes..... iPhone at launch Nintendo switch Xbox 1 PlayStation 4 pro...... Do you think before you type?????? Serious question.
