"One More Run" with the CXBs 3000K-80 & 90 CRI,,,"QBs'" are next in line

What's growing on everyone...It's been a while since I have done a online Grow...I figured why not post away and share it with the community...I have been running these DIY CXB3590 builds for over a year now..I honestly love them dearly...I do have replacement "HLG Quantum Boards" to replace every CXB Build..But I would like to rock the CXB Builds another run before seeing what these QBs' can do,(which I am very pleased with a few pals of mines results thus far)..
The left side of this room will be 3000K-CXB3590 TopBin 90CRI:
The Right side of this room will be 3000K-CXB3590 TopBin 80CRI
Driven with HLG-240-1750s'--50K Potentiometer Dimming 2 Drivers Per light/with 5K Resistor
Far Red will be ran 15-20 Minutes after lights out from day 1..
Co2 will be maintained at 1300-1500 week 1-6
Temps/RH subject to change upon the girls attitude:razz:

Feel free to chime in ,throw your flowers under the CXBs if you so choose to ...All and any are welcomed to this thread,,but guys please keep the girly stuff away,,and ladies,be a girl all you want:bigjoint:

I will be flipping the switch in approximately 1 week....cheers

@CobKits haha,,I will..they wont be retired haha..I just wanted to document 1 run with them before I do an entire cycle with the QBs..
They'll be put to use in a separate grow,,they are too valuable to fully retire,,probably be a decade before I consider that haha...Most likely tho depending on the QB run I may have a little fun and create a few Hybrids,,Most likely will do the Hybrids just to see for the fun..Thanks for chipping in...

Yes Safety is so important esp with these DIY Builds...I would definitely like to see more emphasis on that with these specific "type of grows"...
A friend of mines years back had a faulty light controller and it went all bad:fire:,,so from that point on his circumstance was a warning for me...Appreciate the comment,,,

Nothing much as of new news,,,but I am trying to keep this journal/thread as updated as possible..If it helps any "noob" or advanced grower in any way ,I will feel satisfied with some sort of contribution...
Just a few pics taken today,,,I hooked up the irrigation lines /but am awaiting the 1/4" poly tubing to run to each individual plant(Amazon Prime says tomorrow):grin:
I will also be adding the 'trellis' within the next few days at most..
Also a little I.P.M. was done today so a few pics of the girls "pre & post foliar"..(Post foliar pics not uploading:wall:)
decided to add the smaller room CXB builds in the log...
All of my drivers are ran on 240 Volts also fwiw...o_O

Looking good. Are store bought a pallet of those fire balls. You would think for the personal, paranoid growers, they would sell fast. They don't. Nice to see one incorporated into a grow. I have been wanting one for a while, but I never think of it when I have money and am in the store. I plan to put the ball in the attic and just have the emitter hanging down into the room.

@nevergoodenuf 'Awesome',,,,,I highly recommend it..the peace of mind is def worth it,,
if/when you do ,it would be cool to throw some pics of it on here..

To all whom commented on a "SAFETY THREAD",,I honestly wouldn't know where to begin with one..But I take the same stance in contributing from my knowledge and real life applications...

My "Mandatory List" for any of my grows thru-out the last decade has always been the following:: Flame Defender(Properly Sized)
Multiple Smoke Detectors(in&out)
Carbon Monoxide Detector(in&out)
Fire Extinguisher (at least 2)
Genuine Passiono_O
(as far as D.I.Y. electronics,that's another storyo_O)

T-Minus 2 hours until 12/12 Flower Induction..
Far Reds will be ran 5 minutes prior to lights off,,and 20 minutes continuous until shut-off.
Gave the girls a nice pre-flower foliar concoction ,and will hit again right when lights out tonight.;-)
Both side are doing great..I thought 90CRI seemed to be vegging a little better then 80CRI, but it must have been a optical illusion,because they both seem equal now...:-?
Temps 75-78 F
RH 55-65%
CO2 1275-1475 PPM
Nutrients Reservoir 770 PPM
CXB Builds - 300-325 watts each ( will gradually raise accordingly)









I will keep this updated for sure..I will have better Temps/RH/CO2/ data sheets soon once I figure out how to get it from the program to picture o_O(should only take a day)
