You have the right to use the earth, it's not "yours". You did not create the compost, every thing you needed was already there. You did not create the water that you grew your food
with, nor did you create the damn food you're growing. You have somebody or something else to thank for everything. You are not special. What makes you think you have more of a right to the land than the any other walk of life?

A person can't be said to have self determination, if another person can legally use force to reassign their justly acquired property or to claim the fruit of their labor against their will.

Claiming the fruit of the labor of another person under the threat of force is slavery isn't it?

So, you don't believe that a person can own something and that all things are owned mutually ? If I create something from natural resources which nobody else owns, before I use it, I must check with every other person to gain their assent to my using it?

I am special, my mom told me that when I took her to breakfast the other day.

I nearly agree with you in the regard that land "ownership" should require use and occupation of a given piece of land.

People who advocate that flimsy political ideal usually want to steal natural resources from others, then sell them back to the people they stole from, and be free to pimp out their 12-year old sons and daughters. It's no coincidence that Libertarianism developed in the United States after the Civil Rights Act of 1964 declared segregation in public spaces outlawed.

I'm a Voluntaryist. I don't want to steal from anybody. I think good and bad people come in all colors.

Speaking of stealing, would you agree that forcibly creating a human interaction with a person who prefers not to interact with you is something that isn't very nice ?

There isn't a lot of difference in method between a person who prevents people that wish to associate from doing so and a person who forces people to associate who prefer not to.

I am opposed to forced segregation and forced integration. Those are things that individuals should decide on between themselves. If an interaction is mutually desired it should happen, if it isn't I don't have any right to force it to happen, neither do you.
