the only LPs that have farrish clone rates are thc bio med and delta 9 labs. 20 bucks a clone thats about dispensary price.

The courts have already decided this issue. Patients can produce their own medicine (period).

Not to be too contrary but the period is definitely pushing it.There are conditions and all the court really decided was that the new laws were unconstitutional.
New legislation could be passed at any time that would need to be challenged in court again and the outcome may or may not be as favourable.
My point was that if the medical/research community starts taking mj more seriously as a medecine, cannabinoids will be extracted/refined/concentrated to make medication that Health Canada will actually recongnize as such. And at that point I think smoking flowers/making oils/growng etc is going to fall under rec laws.
I'm not 100% sure but I don't think any patients can grow poppies and home brew morphine for their pain, at least not legally. The reality is mj as a medication is in it's infancy as far as pharmaceuticals go and with advancement in the field and a more traditional form of the medication available recommending or even allowing patients to grow/use flowers will make less and less sense from the perspective of doctors/legislators/judges...
That's just my opinion and if you don't like it, great, I don't either. That's where logic and common sense takes me without the emotional PERIOD. Lol

Anyway, the experience is obviously the timeline of the drawn out registration process and contradicting corresponsdence with HC... kind of like talking to you lmao... I found this information from others useful and the more cases detailed the more accurate the expectation of people going through it will be.
If it's not useful to you, that's fine, I'm sure other people are interested to know HC is only opening envelopes from March and is stating possible 6 month processing times.
Just so I'm sure you're aware of your options, you know you don't HAVE to be an ignorant, insulting, self righteous prick right? Like saying you don't insult people but then being made aware that you have at every opportunity and responding with well maybe im a cranky old fart today but the names still fit.. lmao come on man are you serious?

They can and will make meds better than the world has yet seen from the cannabis plant. This is my point. You may be able to do it better and cheaper now, but this won't always be the case. That's a guarantee man, whether you want to believe it or not. Who makes the best heroin? Cocaine? Pharmaceutical grade is the holy grail. They just haven't been interested in actually doing it. And once it is better, cheaper, properly regulated and covered by insurance (free), we won't be growing it anymore.really eh..what experience is that?

It's only a matter of time. There is a reason everything is mass produced. Will people still grow their own? Of course. In about a year everyone will be able to. I think mmj though will still see some evolution and won't be recognizable from what it is today.
