the Klan are cowardly pieces of shit. that should cover any angle you want to focus specifically on regarding them as a fringe group they are today or the mainstream organization they once were when they were acting exactly like your shooter.

He was a convenient and patriotic excuse, even then. He was just a criminal. Using him to start a war halfway around the world was in service to larger goals, like military bases close to Russia and China. Opium trade. Natural resource extraction.
