Any good youtube videos's for this?? Also can you mix tricomes from different strains or is it better to make a batch of all the same strain??
Google how to make cannabutter. Its easy and you can use it in any recipe that uses butter. I don't see why you couldn't mix different strains.

Some people do not get a positive reaction smoking weed, I have seen people like that. Your best bet is the edibles as said, the reaction is different. No one can say whether one or two strains mixed will affect you in a positive or negative way, you will need to try it and figure it out for yourself. Good Luck!

Try coconut oil. Far less taste when done right!

Wife makes these cheese crackers with it. Can't taste the "weed."

Few weeks back she made a cpl of batch's and left them out and went to work. She added sesame seeds to them and I didn't realize what they were.... Yeah, you guessed it.....Stupidly baked till the next night. Ate the damn things with sausage for a pre-lunch snack........Ate half of one of the sheet pans.....WHEEEEE!

I was blasted for over 32 hrs!
My arthritis/back didn't bother me though...

Edibles, CBD strains help with tinnitus while high THC strains tend to make it worse if that's what you have. I've had it for 8+ years in my left year. CBD strains help, they also look after migraines which I get regularly. I use sift to make coconut oil capsules. Keep the sift separate until you find strains that help, then use those. Mixed is better Imo once you've established which strains help you as you'll get a wider range of cannabinoids. Speacialty strains like high CBD strains I keep separate as I can take those caps during the day without getting high. Sift is easy to mix when needed and more consistent for dosage imo.

You should get that checked out by a doctor.

You could have a life-threatening issue.

If it's tinnitus they don't have nor know shit about how to fix it. It's immeasurable as it's inside your head if you will. Definitely related to issues with sinuses and ear paths but no valid science on it and very risky options in the form operations with no guarantee of success. It's a bitch, I've gotten used to it over time and most of the time I don't even notice it. When I get something like a sinus cold/infection it sounds like 10x crickets inside my left ear. Other times its just a single cricket - lol

How is your diet?

Are you getting enough protein?
If you're asking me I eat better than 99% of the population, balanced, plenty of protein. GF is a chef and loves cooking, all home made, natural diet. Diet isn't the issue with me. Mine is related to atmospheric pressure and something to do with my ear or nasal canals. I'm a f*kn barometer. Anything more than 1/2 point change in atmospheric pressure and both the tinnitus and migraines kick in. My only fix really is to move somewhere where the pressure doesn't change as much as where I live. if I go somewhere like that (steady pressure) the tinnitus pretty well stops and I don't get migraines. Mine was triggered by radiation to one side of my neck, on an angle towards my left side and upwards, right in the path of my sinuses and left ear. I know the cause, I know the symptoms and how to manage them, just don't know or have a way to fix it. Apparently it can just go away, that' really what I'm hoping for in my case. I've had maybe 3-4 days when I woke up without the ringing in 8 years, it took me close to the end of the day to notice there was no ringing - lol

If I knew of a way to fix you I would.

Cheers, that one issue is a bitch, I've researched it and tried a few things, had every test they could come up with other than surgery which is risky and no guarantee, all experimental. Anything other than Pharma meds which they're more than willing to prescribe but it's more like "try this and let us know if it works", I'm not an f*kng guinea pig is my answer. But like anything else, you adapt and carry on, eventually you get used to living with whatever pops up. When it's bad, there's always getting really high, take one or two of those coco oil pills and smoke one - lol

I even tried Pycnogenol in a few different doses, it does shit for me, although they claim it's helped some people with tinnitus. It's pine bark extract from a specific type of pine tree that only grows in the south of France, who ever came up with this shit? lol
