Of course not man. But that is asinine thinking you don't need a law for that not in this day and age. If you just stop and think about it. If someone wants to keep a black person or a white person from doing business in their store they can simply make up a another reason or they will treat them like shit. A law isn't going to stop that. Only thing that will stop that is when people find out and quit spending money there.

Listen make a law for it whatever.. we have too many damn laws already. What good will it really do? Would you really want to go to the store where you know they don't want you there? Would you want those services? I know I wouldn't. So how does making a law for that accomplish anything?
You would be more successful if you allowed them to put a sign on their door that said no blacks allowed. They would be out of business in one day ding dong. I don't know of anyone that would put up with that I certainly wouldn't shop there for that reason.

I never said such things. I'm saying the government should not be allowed to tell me who I do business with period. No matter my reasoning. Like I said before. If I saw a sign on Texas Road House (where I enjoy a nice meal occasionally) that read people of color are not welcome I would've never eat there again. Going into the dangerous territory of letting a government tell me how I have to run my business is not a good idea. I hate racism and do not condone it in the least. I will stand by anyone of any color gender sexual preference in boycotting any business that discriminates against them.
I will not however force my beliefs on anyone.

More name calling lol. In today's society if a business tried to pull some B.S. like that they would be out of business in no time because unbeknownst to you they would lose 90% of there customer base instantly. That's the beauty of a true free market.
It really is true. You can pass all the laws you want. But think about it if you have a law that says a business has to serve gay people are you really going to want to do business there if you're gay?
