Another friends girlfriend was looking at my crop, and we lit up a joint, and the second hit she took, she blacked out, and fell into the weed plants, destroying 2 of them. Luckily she didn't hurt herself.

No I haven't grown the CB, but did get a free whole pack on Friday/Yesterday. Really nice big seeds. Swami gave me 15 of them, and 5 extra BOH. I ordered the BOH, and got the extras, and freebies.

I believe Swami says the CB has a few different smells/tastes.

This is the one and only authentic 1979 Cherry Bomb MauiWowie IBL from it’s now deceased breeder Mr Greengenes. There are a few unethical seed companies and breeders that have released Cherry Bomb under it’s own name as a Cherry Bomb hybrid crossed out to other modern types, only a couple of reputable sources for the original unmolested line still exist worldwide: Swami and Verdant Green. “Bomb Seeds” and “Reeferman Seeds” are the imposters.

I have repopulated the Cherry Bomb twice. Trying to make the same kind of selections the late Mr Greengenes noted, and at the same time maintain diversity in its various expressions from this IBL. Another future breeding will follow Mr Greengenes based selections for continuance of the line. There were intersex issues in the TO and BO x CB, but more suppressed in the pure IBL. Breeders these days recognize Maui’s as ones to carry this trait.

Mr. Greengenes often stated that he selected most for potency and a metallic cherry taste. Some expressions have a very sweet cherry like fragrance. The smoke is mellow and quite intoxicating, but not overpowering. I can recognize both Mexican and Afghani parents, but it tends to lean towards the Mexican side for sure. Mr G thought there may be Thai in the lineage, but having the BOEL come out and say exactly what the lineage is pretty much clears all speculation on origin. There may have been Thai introduced in the lineage later after BOEL breedings on the Islands, but these do indeed act more like Mexicans compared to these ripping Thai’s we have.

The ton of Oaxacan went to Hawaii. On a beach in Manzanillo, Eddie Padilla held up a spear and said it looked like a lightening bolt due to the frosty flowers glistening in the sun. They called the weed and the boat “Lightning Bolt.”

Peruvian gold= bud I used to get from a Peruvian buddy. Looked like dirt weed but tasted like honey and made you laugh your ass off. Very trippy.
Blaze=DJ Short's BB x Neville's Haze= A hybrid I did around 2004. Like BB with a piney aftertaste.
The Red= NL5 x Afghani= Got this back in the mid 90's, my buddy knew the grower. It was a high times cover but in 96. Tasted amazing and hit hard. The only 8th that ever lasted me 5 days.

What years are you talking about, and what was the look and flavor?

circa 2002 dutch passion's (aka dj short's) blueberry twisted leaf purple cut

1 freebie of critical jack herer by delicious seeds, had to be a critical leaner because it was fruity deliciousness

1 freebie of sour kosher by dna genetics, again very fruity with a kushy taste

I've had several others but these three had the most pronounced candy tasting flavors and I grew them all from seed, I didn't include any clones I've grown from dispensaries.

None of the blueberry ive grown tastes like it.

If you put chocolope up there with the real exo cheddar then I'm a fool for not runny some chocolope myself. Only strains In in my limited experience that evan come close to the exo cut flowers them self are the og kush crosses and some lemon crosses,I. I believe I am yet to try a real og kush. When I have apparently tried some pure og kush in the past I have been totally disappointed with whatever it was I was trying. All that says to me is that they can not have been true ogs like my American bruddas show so much love for and have been rating highly for years and also the fact that I can taste something similar in all the og kush crosses tells me that they must have some real og in there somewhere and it's so distinct that it's coming through so strong in the off spring just like our exo does in crosses. Some people call them crosses I think of them as diluted super strains that's just me what do I know this my first day and I'm getting keyboard happy lol.
Earlier I said exo flowers..... the reason for that is because in my opinion which tbh should not excite anyone because I'm a beginner really but any way in my amateur opinion the exo cut plants themselves are extremely resilient and seasoned veterans whatever you wanna call them let's call them hard as fuck bitc#es because they are all that and more.
Whatever mistakes I made did make a difference don't get me wrong in regard to yield density of nugs but evan through the heat at times the cold at times the non existent worrying about levels of nutes the overwatering nothing stopped the end medicine being consistently satisfying time after time month after month and that continues for me to this day after at least ten years.
So earlier I mentioned the lemon crosses.... they all have a great aroma...... bag appeal 10 points not as resilient as the exo my opinion but compared to some strains still 8/10 but still what does that mean my opinion isn't much. Taste for me, no where near the exo or kush crosses I have tried but the effect in its own way is unique in that I really can feel motivation from it when using and its defo a daytime med. So that's why I put the lemon crosses like lemon haze, super lemon haze any where close to the exo but as a whole package they do not compete. As for the kush crosses many times a stronger medication choice than the exo without a doubt and I think extremely flavoursome and I can completely understand if others put the kush above the exo overall which it's worthy of in regards to the effect of it and same sort of extreme flavour but for me using it medicinally in a cross for two weeks straight without feeling much of an immunity build up to it I'd say it's too strong for me and the taste is close on level but I find it's slightly more savoury than the exo which is sweet and after two weeks I didn't want to kick the bitc# out but I did want to put the bitc# on the bench for a while but never wanting to let the bitc# free shit I lurrrred the bitc# after I met her just like the American homies I could see what the bitc# was worrrrking wid lol.
Here's the best bit....... I got exodus kush DNA genetics in their last week of bloom that's a cross of exo cheese uk legend and og kush American legend, I got 2 plain og kush DNA genetics same time frame but sadly I only got 1 meter tent as I only do personal so I have had to cram them in with smaller pots than usual as I only normally usually use 4 pots but I'm strain hunting so I had to compromise and they are still showing there true colours, also green crack, glueberry og,critical cream cookies, critical itself and DNA rks freebies plus one bagseed I found in a bag I was given from some new unknown strain that I personally thought had been overfed and maybe the reason she chucked out a couple seeds, not many just a couple seeds. I know the risks of hermaphroditism I been watching her closely for 7 weeks now and she has showed me nothing apart from how she's all woman very beautiful and has so far ticked every box for me. You know when you think you keep smelling one plant out the bunch and then go in closer to confirm the culprit and you know that's the one your smelling that's what she's doing to me recently I'm thinking I might make her one of my main bitc#es not just a side bitc# speaking so everyone understands me.
Sorry if my long rant offends anyone as I said this my first day on any forum in my life no Facebook no insta no nothing ever I try to stay away from that stuff I like to be individual and not follow unless I see the benefit I want to benefit from good modern meds because that's what our girls are they are modern meds they might have been round for longer than any meds the doctor will prescribe us but it's yet again there time to shine and I want to be part of that. Ps og kush DNA is very picky plant she has been fed same as exo kush but seems to do more with her nutes then the exo kush who I have struggled to keep from yellowing all flower but the og herself has been over green the whole time asking for flush, probably the exo kush mum exo cheese making her eat loads and tbh this exo kush is the first other strain that I can smell the true exodus leaking out of. Try 1000 skunk no1 seeds and I doubt the exo pheno will come out again I'm curious as to if it really came from there I will probably never know but that's what makes it so interesting to me

Reading a little bit about this blue orca haze And yogi I popped...and if you like that real deal smell of old skunk roadkill on a hot, humid summer day, I found it in a yogi that’s only about 8in tall right now ;)
