trump and the gop just let health insurance for children expire and took away subsidies for low income makers to buy healthcare. both policies which benefited the working class were implemented by democrats (hillary and obama).

but hey, at least killing the inheritance tax will benefit working class families with $6 million dollar estates.

My impression of white American culture was that if you worked hard, respected people, and dealt honestly you could get along with anyone in this country and get ahead. When people see that those rules don't apply to good ole boys or the establishment you get backlash. Why that backlash is aimed at minorities and Democrats I don't know.

I kind of agree with you. No fan of the hipster scene. I find them a bunch of feckless wastrels that will not have our backs when puscht comes to shove. It is easy for them to just drop the irony and refocus their misanthropy into actually going along with the whole thing.
