id have to say id take that beating for the amount of money he will get out of it absolutely yes

but really that's not the point at all lol

im just tired of fearing the police under almost every circumstance
nowa days you call the police for protection and they might shoot your ass, there more dangerous than the burglar

it feels like the police are hunters and we are bear in the woods just waiting for us to reach 35lbs to being chased down by dogs and waiting to be shot

A cop pulled me over for speeding years ago and while asking me questions he commented that I seemed nervous. I told him police have too much power. He let me go without a ticket.

I notice that the clip didn't mention exactly what the officers were charged with.

Any charges will do, it just helps with the civil case for them to be shown to have committed a crime against the complainant.

I should have wrote in the title innocent victim

since not only was this guy a victim of a deadly car crash and lit on fire but also the cops come over and stomp on his head

that's a bad fucking day I must say

Now if he was on fire after a car crash than involved him trying to run people over and being chased by the cops it might be a slightly different story, have you any more details?

At the very minimum it would have to be felony assault and depraved indifference. What would we be charged with were we the ones who caused the accident by chasing, then beat an innocent man on fire?

attempted second degree..manslaughter is by accident. second degree is not planned BUT opportunity. first degree is both, opportunity and plan.
