Good old $9 Trojan trays
Well I got riped haha. You buying land or house block? I came across some mint untouched land the other day when I was scouting bush spots and there is bulk land for sale with fresh watercreeks and saltwater creeks .the blocks are 100-250 acres and start from $200000- $400000 plenty of room for shooting, growing , crabing, fishing, and the ocasional croc might end up on the BBQ. I have Preety well talked the missus into buying a block I just need to save a deposit and get the bank on board. But there is no house or electricity so chuck on another $150000-$200000

Do you guys know how to use uv and far red to your advantage. Without being outside that is.
A bloke I work with has a uv and far red led unit 500w that he has on a timer for 3 hours in the middle of his light cycle. His theory is its like midday sun. I can't say I tried his bud before he used it but he grows dank weed and I trust his word it makes a difference

$15to $20k gets you off grid solar. No point putting power on if is gunna cost you more than that.

You will need a big deposit % wise as its over 5 acres.

U.V is good for resin production as far as I know and the red spectrum is usually associated with flowering and extra bulk like H.P.S vs M.H,H.P.S has a lot more red in its spectrum. That’s just my idea of how it works might be a bit simplified

I'm still trying to work things out. So, thanks for the input.

I read somewhere. Far red before bed makes them go to "sleep" faster.

I wonder if having only a couple (always on) uv diodes in the mix would be worth it. I don't want too many. As I don't want to fry everything under them.

You can get far red and uv only led lights that screw into standard light fittings from eBay for about $5 they would be good for your cab

I’ll be interested to see what you find out about the supplemental U.V they reckon pot grown at altitude has a different effect because of the extra U.V
