Amazon wont delevier to Australia of cause and HLG say that the meenwell driver is no good for aussie. Whats the deal?

This is their email to me.
"Shipping to Australia will be expensive.
This driver is actually not approved for use in Australia. It does not have Australia certification and is illegal to import to Australia. Meanwell advised us."

I doubt I am drinking enough water,over the growing season I reckon I lose about 10kg. Think the prune juice might be for kidney stones or something I’ve got a stash of antibiotics my mate bought home from Mexico they clear up any infection fuck knows what else they to you lol.

You can get an adapter for the plug or just chop it of and put a Aussie plug on the lead.
I’d say it’s a compliance issue,they would have to get certified for Australian standard and all that shit so they probably can’t be fucked doing it for the amount they would sell,I would think coming from Meanwell that the quality and safety side would be on point I would use their stuff before a lot of the drivers I’ve seen on sale over here. If they will ship the panel you could source a driver over here.

Ive put away the powerfeed concentrate in the 20l drum for chilli plants its got anout 15% left and I feel I needed fresher stuff as this has sat through 2 summers...shop never had powerfeed only the green bottle so grabbed this nitrosol
Don't mind the higher k as in 4-6 weeks ill be in stretch

I have plug adaptors for my HID and CFL set ups so that's not an issue.

And your reasoning is what I was thinking- purely testing and maybe cost of licensing.
