I like to have plenty of air movement as I’ve never had A.C so although fans don’t cool the air they stop any dead spots happening and then the exhausts can keep cycling fresh air all through the room. As long as it’s not directed straight onto a plant you should be fine.

If it weren't for being a non oscillating fan. I'd recommend a 20cm Moretti like I've got. Got it from Bunnings for less than $30. And it's got some push even on it's lowest setting.
