Your problem is your running organics in a hydro system. That stuff is in no way for hydro.

20160817_224900.jpg I would recommend General Hydroponics Flora line. You definitely don't need to flush for a week.. I would empty current water and put in fresh clean water for an hour then empty again and replace with nutrients made for hydro. I've been DWC for years and have used different brands with great results... if you need help...it's here.

Oh okay i was going off what the store dude said.. whats the best ting for me to add at this point? Impretty sure there stressed tf out.... just plain water for a week then what nutriens should i add?
Yeah i would appreciate all the help i can get ive only grown in soil for the last 4 years and now i wanted to try DWC bc a dude on youtube pretty much influenced me and theres a few kinks i gotta workout/understand
There is a quick learning curve but you will (you can) get amazing results alot quicker with hydro.

Do you have a PH meter? An EC meter? you will need to keep the ph between 5.8 and 6.2... 6.1 is preferred and most will say perfect.

I use GH 3part flora with CaliMagic. What other brands/lines have you had success with? GH seems to leave a weird waxy smell and feel to the stems and I was contemplating trying something new to see if it's just a DWC thing or if GH was the culprit.

House & Gardens full line with aqua flakes but very expensive..but great results. Raw NPK for a couple of runs with good results. Just curious...are you running with RO water?

I can say I've not experienced any weird waxy smell due to nutrients...I've had some funky smelling stems before but mostly due to the strains..

I recomend hydro gardens cause thats where im going next lol

Cant beat 5 lbs of "marijuana specific" (note the air quotes) nutrients for 25 bucks or so
With cal nitrate for 7
And mag sulphate for 7

5 lbs will last you a decent while :)
Edit. Fuck the hydro stores lol

That's foam not bubbles. Only time I had that was when I used too much superthrive years ago when I first started. It smelled awful as well
Yep i got the foam from running too many advanced supplements lol damn bud candy lol

Also some nutes have surfactants in them which makes a f roth more like dish soap.

Whatch the smells OP

The bud candy has hydrolyzed whey in it, thats why it bubbles. Okay for coco and other soiless but a pain in the ass in hydro. There area lot of good cheap amino products out there. Let me know if you want some suggestions.

Yucca is the surfacant that is causing the foaming I think. I use alcohol ethoxylates, they are the best overall non-ionic surfacant and its super cheap. Also stop zoospores from colonizing so if one plant has a root issue it will not spread to the rest of the plants. good for recirc and flood n drain.

Both lol
Its itn the nutrients im using and i add just a tiny bit extra

Why did i chose yucca over what?

Yucca is a natural wetting agent.

Can be used in the res and in a foliar spray.

It can actually break the polarity of water molecules to allow nutrients to flow easier throughout the root mass. (Per harvey smith)

I just looked in my res and there isnt really any foaming or anything like that

Lol i know what yucca is, I'm saying over another wetting agent that has even more benifits. I've tried CoCo Wet, Yucca, ethoxylated alcohol. and EA in my opinion was far superior for DWC even with the small amount of foam. I still use yucca in foliar though.
