Hey Peeps.

Is it cool if i stick my stuff into jars still moist?
like 80% +
i have some stuff in jars @ 80%
and some stuff in jars @ 75%

I open the jars 2 - 3 x daily
every few days i take the stuff out of the jars and put it back on the racks for a an hour or 2

i do this to try extend the time it takes to dry out
the Humidity where i live is SUPER LOW so my stuff dries too quick
and in past cures ive ended up with hay weed...
therefore im jarring much earlier and being very careful to open them often.

is this method ok to do?

Also, I live I northern mi the humidity in winter is super low ( except today)just need to take appropriate actions. Also the hay smell is usually due to your plant not being ready to harvest.

Ill wait longer next man,
Thanks!
No problem that’s the point of asking some of us here have done it longer an already made the mistakes for the newer folks. It’s why I wonder why some ppl ask the questions then arguing about the answer they get with out knowing for themselves.

Hey NingaMaster, I frequently have the same problem. One way that works for me is to put the flowers in a shoe box, and then put the shoe box in a plastic bag grocery bag. I don't close the bag at all, and there is a hole in the side to let air circulate. Just not a lot of air gets to it. I find that if I turn the flowers every morning, it works perfectly for me.

Certainly not professional though.

That two runs the risk of mold the plastic bag will keep it moist if nothing else the paper bag method is a good one I use it often then the bag wicks the moisture away and it doesn’t become soggy either. I’ve posted several things on the paper bag method. Your can google it as well. There’s a bunch of stuff online about it and in some of my books I have.

Would you mind linking me to some good threads on here or just sites in general that explain curing step by step in a way you personally know works well??.. I'm having trouble finding it here, just seeing a lot of arguing about how it doesn't or does work for some. I've never cured before so I could use some solid advice. (All I'm growing is one og kush plant, for my personal use, and I'm 2 days into flowering her.)
