once you know road rules it matter where you are. I reckon learning to drive like a loon on dirt roads develops better driving skill and sets you up to handle different conditions more than urban driving. also bald tyre driving in the wet gives you good skills to get out of shit. so many people have accidents becuase they suck at driving a car not because of traffic and shit
