“Moonshiners” tv show but with Cannabis

I’ve heard that there’s been some interest in creating a tv show about Cannabis modeled after the moonshiners tv show. I guess those guys keep their still sites pretty clean, my biggest concern would be how they portray the grow and it’s environmental impact. You ever see the law enforcement shows, and how trashed they show the grow site, water source, and the environment afterwards. I think it’s kinda weird how they show these guys doing something “illegal”, but nobody’s worried about being charged with a crime. Definitely wouldn’t be a shortage of evidence if they ever ended up getting prosecuted.

its tv man they not making shine on tv. boiling water all they doing don't believe every thing u c on the tv ,think about it whos dumb enough to break the law while millons sit back an watch,loved that show first couple seasons sucks now all bs

WTF, that show is horrible. Where’s the “god ole boy” angle that make moonshiners a watchable show. This is just perpetuating the stigmas around marijuana.

no the stil alone is a charge ...10 years last i heard federal

a stil is only legal for 2 reasons (federal ATF)
1 reclaiming cleaning solvents
2 ethanol production for fuel (with the stil registered)

states like West Virgina have laws on the books that allow them to make so much a year for own personal use (think it 10 gallons) heritage laws


and the 2nd part u need to know no one in there right minds makes up mash then uses the propain they carted in to heat up water ( yes start of the season u will do a water and vinegar run to clean the stil out and get ready for the mash) but that is the only time anyone would ever do water (the cost of the mash and the copper and the fuel plus setting up the site if u are not making money back with in the first 6 weeks u are going to be broker then shit with gallons of shine on your hands )

still alive case is still going
rule 1 if u want to kill anyone u have prolonged contacted with .......u need to break all contact and wait 10 years before attempting any overt actions (this makes it harder for them to make case on u later)

in jan his wife got tried of all this shit and contacted the investigator
they met wade admitted he had the coins (but not everything i took photos and list of) ........wade said he felt that the probate lawyers were favoring me as i had my legal bills for the whole court thing he started paid by them(plus bills for maintaining the house/land when i lived there before they got involved) and he did not get a notice that the items in the house where up for sale (nor did i )

last i know they were waiting for him to turn the coins over i got notice of a second accounting of the probate has been started that was in feb 16 as of then he had not turned over anything let .....the probate lawyers said they know he is lying about the coins and they are using my photos and listing to value them from what he turns over compared to that number they had then go from there they might press charges or they might just deduct it from his value

he tried to tho me under the bus saying i took a bunch of things and wrecked the valve of the house by growing weed in every room but the probate lawyers knew exactly what i took from the house i got a ok on it and i told the lawyers yes i grew weed in the house with pops ok i was medical (thanks to court case in 2014 it was true i had doctors note)


the lesson of this story is be anal and take pics of all the valuable items( hi def camera gps date and time marked) ............or and other one is no one is to be trusted family is bullshit blood means nothing .........oh the other is have no shame just tell the truth it covers u in most cases (except vegas and bachelor parties keep mouth shut )

I love weediquette, haven't seen any new episodes recently though?

I heard last night on some news blip somewhere that 1% of the total power consumed in the u.s. is for commercial cannabis cultivation ?!

I would like to see how they come up with that figure because that's pretty astounding if it's true:o

Pretty sure I use about 1% of the country's power just for my grow. My electric bill is fucking scary...

if i have my choice i will tell the probate lawyers to press the charges on him for the theif of the coins 10 years in state prison and 150k fine with wades record he will get time and a fine that will completely wreck him

his ass in jesup (maryland state lock up) it is just matter of sending a money order to a old friend and have them do the rest ( and just so u know not to kill him but to set him up with so much shit when they do cell check gets anouther 20 years )

after that i will come to see him in prison and tell him it was all me and now i am going to kill his wife and kids enjoy (fuck with his head)

if not then i will drop the dime on him i know he is still dealing he contacted my ppl looking to by less then 4 months ago ......that means he has only one hook up and looking for better (wade has been a dealer since i was 5 the cash it gives him allows him to take 4 vactions a year)
