the stoned driving bit is the only down side i can see about legalized weed, and something i feel strongly about..

sorry if i came off a bit harsh, but it seems like every time i come into this section, all i see is posts from a certain member bashing lp's, or posts from other members crying about legal weed in your country. sorry if i can think of a billion other things i'd be bitching about rather than weed becoming legal..
lastly, the article the op posted said zero that i read, about stoned driving, which i think is a legitimate complaint about the legalization of cannabis.

They already started here in Alberta. As of yesterday, April 9, 2018 they will be testing for THC in suspected impaired drivers and the limits are so low, 2.5 - 5.0+ nanograms gets you an impaired charge and I bet I haven't been that low in 40 years. Might as well hand in my Class 1 license now and leave the driving up to the wife who doesn't imbibe.

The Hippy has a very good point though. Fuck the LPs is right. It took me some time to get the hang of it but I grow bud that tastes, smells, works better than the LP and I know there are no toxins in it. I feed it and i watch it and i do not spray etc. I think that is the point of many who are fed up with the current way of doing business in Canada. The guy down the street or expensive schwag that just started to get decent in the last while. Excluding a couple of BC LPs that have been doing decent stuff the whole time but charge way too much. I think the worst grow I have ever produced was 20 bucks an oz. The best was around 8. And now i hit the 8 to 15 area pretty regularly and they are crystal laden delicious buds. DO IT YOURSELF

When my wife was sick all we had were LPS and wow did they suck. Black ash weed. Local to ontario growers who did a shit job of it.

It is what started me growing. She had a 5 gram a day script so i grew a dozen in the yard. Then i got a growbox, then a tent. Bad lights to good lights all the way to now.

It helped her with cancer but it was not curable.

Then i got a script for arthritis and anxiety and started honing a bit more. I have to get better as I go but anyone can do that. Under the new rules in Canada the average person who likes a bit of smoke can grow 4 in a 2 x 4 tent and flip in a couple of weeks.

I want to grow them a lot bigger. I like the 2 tents i own and i think i will get a 3rd just to get them larger. But the 4 plant limit is like a constraint i must beat. EXCEL at and prove you can get more than you can smoke and vape. It turns out though wow I can ingest a lot in coconut oil.

Legalization is good in that we can grow and not be impugned. It sucks in that they have decided to not reduce the police force attack on pot. I think they should divert all of that energy and put it to good use on crack/meth/heroin. IMPUGN them. Shoot them if you want to who gives a fuck they ruin lives.

Pot not so much.
