I like Cash's version too ... But I feel that Trent Reznor puts more meaning in to it.. Because he wrote it.....

definitely reznor gets a lot of respect for being the creator and doing a great song. i like the cash version too because of the sorrow and guilt that pours through into the song.

I knew about NIN's version waaaay before Cash's .. So that probably has a lot to do with my outlook on the comparison ...definitely reznor gets a lot of respect for being the creator and doing a great song. i like the cash version too because of the sorrow and guilt that pours through into the song.

Sad songs dont talk about anything fun/happy so why listen to them.
Get motivated, and do something, if anything listen to something that will get you in the mood to go out/start meeting people/random or not

Everyone deals with a broken heart differently ... Going to lay another chick will help for the time being .. But it's only temporary.. It will help, and even if it was for a short period of time I doubt he will backtrack.
I mean seriously, you've started with one guy, moved on, moved on, moved on, MAYBE occasionally backslid but for the most part you moved on.
