The distinction exists, I agree that it's still very likely Ted Nugent had groomed his now wife, after he supposedly met her at a concert of his. No. I was visiting someone on the block. No one could have known my business but it is a busy drug area. They were rounding up people who were driving up and grabbed me off the sidewalk.
