Supercropping advice

so im not far at all into my grow but im looking up supercropping and im looking to do it my plants that im growing. They are all autos and the strains are:
Girl Scout Cookies
Blue Dream'matic
Brooklyn Sunrise
Red Dragon
Mikro Machine

im looking for advice on supercropping techniques and when to start and opinions on it. Obviously i wont be topping as they are all autos but let me know what you think but here is my grow so far

Supercropping is probably not a good technique for autos. I do this on photos along with topping to keep plant height low and even. Read some about LST - Low Stress Training. See if that won't work for you

I wouldn't intentionally injure autos. Recovery would take too much grow time away from their short lifespan.

Agreed with using limited training. Because of the limited veg period, I'd stick to LST and selective pruning to open up the interior of the plant. Although my experience growing autos is limited, I have had some good yields just keeping the interior from turning into a jungle.
