What is this "globalist elite/deep state " that you speak about? that kind of thought comes from people like Alex Jones who promote stuff like death cults among other bull shit crazy things. Yes, corruption exist and some are disgusting pedophiles, but there isn't any hidden group running around in the woods/using symbols/special hand gestures to communicate and etc.

People need to stop viewing themselves at the ransom of some super almighty hidden group. I've heard lots of crazy stuff like Trump is being black mailed by the "elite" to do their bidden. Why can't they see that Trump has always been an ass hole/opportunist who does what's best for himself. His supporters would rather make excuses instead of hold him accountable

I don't pretend to understand it. These ever-Trumpers operate according to different principles than I do and so I can only catalog what they do and say as a means to predict what they are going to do. They are completely vulnerable to the most disgusting fake conspiracy theories and they hold them tightly. I guess once a person accepts that "Mexico is not giving us their best, they are sending rapists, criminals, drug runners and a few good people" without any evidence it is true, a person can go on to believe in Illuminati, blood sacrifice rituals, the deep state, zionists behind the holocaust, or that black people are genetically prone to violence and elevated sexual appetites. None of this is true but no way you can tell a true Trumper that it's not.

Of course the left has their own vulnerability to fake conspiracies. The way they hang on to the "Bernie was robbed" theory, for example.
