Also, please do not confuse hypothesis with theory. These terms have precise, defined meanings and you're not following them.

So - do you have any reliable sources who not only state but quantify what sort of stress yields what increase (over control) in indoor Cannabis?

Your unwillingness to deal with such precise and defined questions is at the root of your current assessment by most thread participants.

So to be absolutely clear: you are making the claim that stress increases a given plant's potency. I am challenging that claim. In academe where I had a home for two distinct epochs in my life, it is incumbent on you to provide outside published data that support this claim. Without that support from the primary, peer-reviewed literature, your theory does not even rise to the level of hypothesis but languishes in the realm of wishful thinking.

Newbie Central exists to testify that wishful thinking as a substitute for the scientific method has palpably (palm-ably?) harmed many a plant. And the core of the scientific method is How will you test what you think will happen? Thus my emphasis on experimental design. You need some basic things in place to advance a wild-ass guess to clear the sand-trap of I want it to be true and advance to the level of hypothesis.

I like to shock my plants, this last batch I cut down at 5 weeks with the lights on, no flush, no warning, it scared the plants so bad it rushed the THC to the flowers like speed and makes me feel the same way now when i smoke it.
Stressing is so in-humane.

Do you have any published reason to make your claim (that stress increases potency)?

If so:
provide the link to the relevant literature

If not:
you'll be presumed to be

a: wrong
b: just the sort of self-absorbed trash-talking jerk who wastes the real time real people put into this.

So, until you have reliable third-party documentation that plainly supports your claim, you'll be stuck with people challenging the basic premise.

How when my plant in flower only had its stem split but is still growing in the other optimal conditions. Never clowned my grow as I am very proud of the plant I got now and know I did a damn good job training that mf
