There are trump-initiated sanctions on the russian state, corporations, and people right now as we speak so yes, he did implement sanctions.

Oh one other thing, take a good, hard look at the history, pal, it was Obama who failed to act when the Russians hacked the DNC and they knew about it. Obama failed, but because they drew up sanctions weaker than Trumps, Obama is a hero, right? You forget that part?

Other than facebook clickbait, what did Russia do to interfere? Other than Guccifer 2.0, give me one instance of proof that the Russian government was behind it. Is it strictly because the intelligence community said they did? You ever hear of the Manhattan Project? That was a program where tens of thousands of govt workers colluded together, kept a secret, and built a world-killing device in the dark. Dont you think its possible our govt is capable of formulating an enemy when they need one? Russia is perfect because of our geopolitical history.
