If the top of the medium is still damp its should be fine to flush however just ensure that the pots have good drainage.Flushing is almost flooding the pots with excessive water that carries no nutrients (ensure its PH'd water) till there is a lot of run off.I would definitely flush once then feed the plants plain water for a couple days then slowly introduce nutrients if the yellowing/browning of the fan leaves stops progressing. For flowering expect yellowing of the leaves because by the end of the phase most leaves will be yellow, regarding some of the bottom fan leaves that you explained to be browning and curling, this is most probably due to a lack of light reaching them and this is normal however it is nutrient burn in this case.
Hope this helps.
Sorry buddy I missed your post there, They should be fine reagarding drainage I mixed the medium up with perlite before I transplanted into bigger pots, I might be wrong but i think perlite helps drainage doesn't it? Yeah I've got a PH tester so I'll give them a litre or 2 off water for 4 days then start them on half the strength feed I was giving them, I was just a little worried that I might overload the plants with water and screw them up a bit more, Cheers for your advice.
