First timer needing "checking on"

This is my first grow. 13 days into flowering. Using Mars LED Hydro 600w and Wilma drip system ( 4 pots ) and I am using Plagron Feed (grow/bloom/booster). I constantly monitor and alter PH and same for EC value. And keep the temperature ( flowering ) within 20 to 25° Celsius. I have never seen a grow before (Apart from online) And was wondering if you folk think all looks okay? I am aware of my plants either very close or touching the LED's. ( which is giving off so little heat at all ) See photos for commenting on if all looks okay

Hard to tell. #1 you need more light! Those lights pretty much do 1 plant. They only last a couple grows till stuff starts going out. When you upgrade I would go 315w chm but you got options. It's your $.

Maybe you started with 4 thinking a few would go male and none did. I have no idea. That's what I do. I have terrible luck with regular seeds.

Hlg or Timber for quality Led lighting. Quantum boards & Cobs are super efficient.

Your Mars light is perfectly fine and will not wear out in 1 or 2 grows no matter what anyone may say. There is always better lights, tents, nutes, systems, etc etc. What doesn't make sense to me is spending 2 grand to grow 600 dollars worth of weed. I see so many people on here bragging on what they have for equipment and what someone else is using is no good. The bottom line is how are the plants doing, and looking at yours you're doing fine.

That’s not enough light just by looking at the pic, not saying he can’t get another cheap blurple to light the area properly.

I see so many people on here jealous because they can’t afford the high end lights, so they slander the ones who decide to take their hobby to the highest level.

So if it's touching the light either that's very stretchy plants or very short area so if you upgrade your light you going to need to consider heat in a small area, if that's the case, so before you start buying this and that do some reading weigh all the advice and plan it out and buy well once, good luck!

I was speaking from experience with the mars light. The light I was suggesting he upgrade to can be found on Amazon under $200 and would produce a much larger yield from the same area.

Isn't that why people come here? To get advice from people with more experience? That's why I'm here. I don't know everything . I help out when I can though.

Thank You for your advise/comment. You are quite correct re height. I did look into the 315 cmh as mentioned, and realised too much heat for the height I have. My plants def don't seem stretchy but I'm only basing that on what I googled. Tomorrow I shall take clear photos.

Thank you for your reply and encouragement. I agree with you, its not always about having more expensive equipment. And even with the best equipment all it takes is human error to spoil a crop.

Thank you for your advise. I did check out various reviews on numerous manufacturers, before purchasing the Mars LED 600. As I only have 4.5ft height, I found that this was the best I could get, both financially and practically.

I am a complete novice and on a budget and with a low height I researched different manufacturers, and at times nearly salivated over some of the fantastic equipment out there.... drool...... Perhaps one day... I found that the Mars LED's, to be the safest and one par with my shoestring budget.

Thank you for your like and the "heads up" on quality LED's. I have looked at both and both have good reviews and are not out of budget. Definitely appreciated. Whilst researching I came across Platinum LED's which also have good reviews, but currently out of my budget. But for now, I have to soldier on with what I have. As this is my first grow, I am only pleased that I have gotten this far.

Thank you for the encouragement and advise. I'm just pleased that I have kept them going 2 months. Although it would be nice to see some rewards in the end, I don't expect much if anything. Sure I may be a tad disappointed, but the experience I have gained through the internet and with all you gals and guys help, I know my next time will be a smoking stack.

I am a complete novice and on a budget and with a low height I researched different manufacturers, and at times nearly salivated over some of the fantastic equipment out there.... drool...... Perhaps one day... I found that the Mars LED's, to be the safest and one par with my shoestring budget.

My first led lights were galaxyhydo until research , growers here, and low yield pointed me in different directions.

I mentioned them opposed to cmh because you started with led. Also one doesn’t need to spend 2 grand for 1 light & grow 600$ worth of flowers, that’s just not true.

I was thinking about pictures I posted. They don't do the Mars LED's any justice. When I'm taking the photos it is completely dark around me, plus budget camera and the angle. I shall post a straight on shot, see if it improves the perception. I understand many people believe in halogens or other, but for me safety was the utmost priority.
