Young AK47-autos struggling

Hey!
Got some 3-week old AK47-autos that are struggling for some reason. They’re lower leaves are yellowing and getting brown spots. I don’t think it’s nitrogen deficiency as the soil I’ve used is pre-fertilized and it’s only been three weeks. Could there be any other causes? I included some pics

They're flowering in the little cups. Did you read anything about containers and autos? Nute burn on older growth. These are mostly a lost cause.
 
That's not nute burn, that is a slight nitrogen deficiency, but it doesn't matter much, you have a flowering auto in a styrofoam cup! You'll be lucky if you get 3-4 grams off her.

Not sure but it is too late if that thing is pre-flowering , repotting won't make an auto grow in flower, Chalk it up as a learning experience and start over

There is no point to transplant now, she's already flowering, it won't grow anymore because you transplant it, autos, for that reason, because they have such a short veg time, should be potted in their final pots off the start as they can't afford to lose any grow time due to transplanting.
Your soil wasn't a problem for 3 weeks because the plant is tiny and an auto, doesn't eat much, but now that it's flowering, and has a very small root ball, it can't get the food it needs at this time. Learn for next grow!
