Canna terra professional pH?

Hi guys.
Ive just started using canna terra professional for the 1st time. I've always used allmix and biobizz nutes.
I'm having a tough time finding info on correct pH for my water/feeds.

With allmix I never adjusted pH at all and never had a problem but this time I wanted a bigger yield so forked out on everything canna and a pH pen.

On the canna website it says pH between 5.8 and 6.2 which I have been doing but I'm concerned this ain't right as I know the sweet spot for soil is 6.5.

Can someone tell me once and for all which is the best for themedium please?

Aye but I'm meant to treat this different to soil I read because of the black peat moss.
I can't find anybody who uses it regularly which makes me wonder why they sell it in hydroponic shops.
I can't find any threads on it.

So I'm not meant to pH adjust Rhizotonic? I'm not meant to pH terra? Does anybody here actually use canna products?

Lol well I've gone from 1x600w light in a 1.2m2 tent to 6x600w in a 3x3 tent. Spent 2 nd half grand getting this set up.

When I was using biobizz products I struggled to get more than 3 oz a plant with 5 week veg. It was banging smoke though.
I thought my yields were bad because I was using organic feeds is all and fancied a change to chem to see if there is a difference. I'm also using fabric pots this run instead of plastic.

Trust the canna info chart.
Add all your nutrients, mixing well in between then ph down.

Veg longer and train better for higher yield. Cloth pots will help.

What do you mean you are using 6x600w in a 3x3 tent? How?

Edit, oh you mean you have 6x 3x3 tents with 600 in each!! doh.

No its a 3mx3m tent with 6x 600w lights,10inch filter and extraction with 8inch intake. Temps are highest just below 30c.
I veg to when plants get to 18 inch. I top quite a lot normally but this time only gonna top once.

LOL that makes a lot more sense!!

Try supper cropping, I would still veg longer though. Like I say those fabric pots wil make a big difference in veg which will make a difference in yield in the end.

Yeah I should of been more specific, trust the PH range canna says, feed about 2/3rd of recommended dose of nutrients.

All mix has buffers to adjust ph you won’t do any good attempting to ph. Best just mix your nutrients up and feed and let the soil do it’s thing.

Thank you. This was the answer I was searching for.
I just started 4th week of veg yesterday and planning on giving 1st feed of veg next watering.
I will give them a third of recommended for 1st feed and see how they take to it.
Cheers

I'm not using allmix this grow. I'm using canna terra professional. I never pH the biobizz stuff before. This is my 1st time using pH adjustment because I've always used organic feeds before.
Canna isn't organic and from what I read its not really a soil.
I feel like this is my 1st grow lol. Been doing it for near on 10 years organic 3 crops a year.
Im just experimenting this grow basically. I've don't get better yields then I will go back to biobizz which is my comfort zone lol

Ah well the canna pro soil has lime and such in it to adjust ph soooo mix and feed. I’ve never ran across ph issues with any soil if it was properly amended to adjust the ph.

Oh I see. Well if my experience is anything you could very well see bigger yields with chemical nutes. I grew in coco with chemical salts for a long time and had excellent yields. I decided to go the organic route and I've noticed my yields have gone down. Excellent weed but I was getting excellent weed before. I'm debating going back to coco and chemical salts for my next run.

I think you're talking about the canna terra professional plus.
That has lime in it for the pH stability not canna terra professional.
So it says on their website anyway. I just had a quick double check because I don't like posting misinformation.

Coco is something I've looked at before and may again seeing as I've began with the whole pH thing.
My friend grows hydro and he gets 6 oz a plant with the same veg time. This interests me but my organic buds were always better than what he produced in smell and taste.
