Hm, are they all rock solid? Like to the point where they're unbreakable? Weird, hopefully someone has dealt with this issue before. You could try a microscope?

It is a bug that lives under a shell.
Some are soft shelled some have hard shells.

You haven't seen any caterpillars but is there any evidence of pests at all? Look underneath the leaves as well.
Everything looks good plants are green and healthy plants seem to be oozing out rather than going in

Your plant is producing concentrates. Smoke that shit and youll get blazed quite proper. Nah im fucking with you. Ive never seen shit like this before. Only thing that comes to mind is scale.
Wouldn’t scales show signs of damage because there is no damage clones are still green no wilting they look healthy
