I've got one built into my multimeter but they are not the best for testing grow lights,for that you want to measure PAR (Photosynthetically Available Radiation) and those meters don't come cheap.

Apparantly there's a phone app par meter and the guy from hlg was saying there is some formula to work it out within a couple % without a par meter haha
