Is this bud rot if so can I just chop it off?

Looks similar to worm damage, take the dead stuff off and check for worm poop. If u see poop u have a worm, but maybe someone with more experience would know more. I grow outdoors in SoCal and deal with this all the time though. Never really had any bud rot.

By the way, if u have a worm..... you probably have several

Cheers what do these worms look like?

They could be 1/4 long inch and VERY hard to see hiding in the buds and can be green or brown and get to about 2 inches long.

Do a google search for worms on my buds

No good man those cold temps and moving them in and out with crappy air flow looks like the rot got them. It’s trash unfortunately hopefully all isn’t lost

Bud rot is usually a gray color. I saw brown? Am I color blind?

Just removed a lot more assuming it’s bud rot, the leaves were dying around it and yes it was a brown colour. Should I just harvest what’s left of it or let the buds finish off?
