I talk to an aussie bloke that has ran flood and drain for like 20 years he has 4x4 trays with 1000w hps lighting and pulled like 1.93 grams per watt last run, crazy numbers. Like almost 2kg per tray lol its insane. He used to use clay pebbles and Rockwool in the past but he reckons coco gave him about an extra 20 or 30% hey. Thinking about flood and drain hempys. Gunna try 2 different experiments in my 2 trays.I've only done to feed if that's draining out and going back into the feed tub
I really liked using the clayballs with that system
Anyone know what the difference is between the grades? I got the 99% one because I didn't like the sound of rubbing alcohol hahaCheaper of you buy larger amounts from them

You can make or buy a modular flood and drain system rather than try and mod a hempyI talk to an aussie bloke that has ran flood and drain for like 20 years he has 4x4 trays with 1000w hps lighting and pulled like 1.93 grams per watt last run, crazy numbers. Fabric bags with coco work wellNah I got them in the tray, I was just gunna flood them past the drain spout and see how they go
I like coco mate. But if I had the cash would be rdwc for sure.what method do you guys use? if yall don't mind me asking, I'm organic and living soil but a lot of my friends have been pushing me to give hydro a try, so in figured why not learn a Lil bit!
Yeah thats what I've got for the other side gunna run like 20 in 1 gal geo pots. Figure I might aswell experiment during my seed runs so by the time i got good clones I'll know exactly which way I wanna do it.Fabric bags with coco work well
I've heard a lot about the rdwc, can't you just build your own, I've seen a few videos on YouTube about it! do u mind sharing the benefits of each, I don't mean to hyjack yalls thread, I'm just looking for ppls opinions!I like coco mate. But if I had the cash would be rdwc for sure.
