I would go 3500.
I have 3k 3.5k 4k 4.5k and 3 and 3.5 are the best all rounders with 315/COB and i am working with QB. Its new for me. I finally busted out the 2nd 5 footer (and parked my 4 x 4)

They are one of the best 3 x 3 coverage lights on the market. I had great success with my 3k phillips and got a 4k master color and i think 3k start to finish works fine.
Great light. Great trich coverage and good finished product. For personal it works very nice. You can get a pound with 4 plants and a 315 in a 3 x 3. Strain/skill dependant etc. 8 to 12 oz is easily attainable with 4 plants (photo)

I have a killawatt meter and measured it

315 with a 6 inch vortex fan and 2 other fans drew a total of 4 amps

So if you are careful and dont have microwave or whatever on the circuit it runs on a standard house circuit pretty easy no where near full load.
Yah i try new shit all the time. Lucky for me when I built my rooms I put two breakers per room to offset the current and future load. All the wiring I ran is 12/2 with a ground. My wife hates when I get to researching new stuff because it generally means I’ll be spending money lol. But at least she’s all on board when I start looking to genetics.

You'll want some nice grow sunglasses to go with the new rig. Don't get the cheap one from growershouse. Had 2 ballasts fry in last 6 months. And don't buy a dual ballast either. You will like the light though.
What's wrong with a dual ballast?
