i am just glad he had all his good mates around him and had that one last big happy send off, but on the other hand there is the guilt of being there with him getting blind and that feeling of partly being responsible and the sadness of losing someone on such a happy occasion as well. its tragic no matter how you look at it

i know how you feel too ruby. i actually lost a mate on sunday night. completely random and so so sad. he just had a new son and we all got pissed after the christening. he went to bed after and choked on his own vomit during the night.
he was only in his late 30's and left behind 2 children and a wife
I hit like on that but in the context that's gut wrenching mate.
Sorry to hear mate that's way to fucking young ....

I was only thinking that as I walked into work an hour ago more very true
I was with him last Saturday night by random chance being drunk and asked the wife to drive me to see him hes 60ks away.
I see that now as saying goodbye to him cos I'm not a real random person for stuff like that...weird how things track along in life but its life you take what u can at the time and either enjoy it or hate it.
Hate makes for a miserable person and that's one thing he wasn't.
Hate can eat you up from the inside if you let it,it can also be a great motivator.

What do u think coco ground holds or nice size fabric pots?
I've always been the ground hole grower but now I'm used to watering habits in the fabrics I might go a lot bigger to see how they go compared to the ground.
I would dig a hole for say 200 litres soil and have a 60 or 100 gallon fabric and compare side by side if I can next season.

And that's the thing ..anger and hate cant be mixed up hey cos when we are angry most of us will act but with hate it eats u inside before u act
It took my a long time to learn to accept what happens in life and not to let my emotions cloud my thoughts. Its hard sometimes but I try and look at the bigger picture and my life just being a tiny speck on the map,it doesn't make shit that happens to you any less insignificant but can help you keep it in context

Just depends on the situation, plants in the ground will almost always get bigger but you have a lot more control with having them in containers. I like the idea of doing them in mounds rather than in a hole in the ground.
