i agree with this. unless there is an issue with your water its not worth the time and effort. i used to mess with r/o filters but they are slow inneficient and ultimately a waste of time and money in my experience

You can access TOR through Nord VPN.
If you are going to access the Onion it's really a good idea to use the Tor browser bundle.
I use a Virtual Machine when I need to go on the deep web not so much for privacy but for security against malware.
