From what I’ve gathered, we are either waiting for a letter (if the card printer is still having issues), or the physical card. I’m hoping we get a letter because those have been mailed from IL and the cards are mailed from the east I believe....
I tried that when you sent it, but after I enter my name, last 4 of social and b-day I get measage “No match found”. I’m assuming it should find me at that point??

I already had an account, it won’t let me continue with my same email address. Have you done this? Heard of others doing this?
I was approved 1/28 (mail in app received 10/27) and did my best to get a provisional letter online today. Called 100 times before getting though and was told only those after 12/1 will get the provisonal letter as that is the law. I argued for a while with them and they said there was no way to do it I’m sorry to say.
Hate to say it but from my conversations with idph your going to have to wait. 12/1 is as far back as they were going and only online it sounded like. Thanks to their printer problems only they once your check clears it will move pretty quick and you’ll get the mailed letter like I. Hopefully they get to you soon.
I have my paper card that came in the mail today. Just left the dispensary with $200 in product lol.

In defense of IL's system, the law was very clearly written to say ONLINE MCPP applicants got provisional. Everyone was saying ONLINE applicants, stop applying by mail. People continued applying by mail and then setting out to learn about it all.
People who were applying by mail after 8/28 only have themselves to blame. Read the laws before you sign up for them. And I do mean the law, not blogs about the laws unless those blogs are from lawyers.
Not in defense of IL's system. IDPH should've been open with how it was going to work from 8/28. Instead they outright lied to people constantly and about everything. If the truth means nobody was going to apply until their Dr certification was about to run out and they'd get swamped with 12/1 applications, so be it. They shouldn't be taking 90 days to issue a card, that's their own fault. Once they knew it would backdate to 12-1 they should've said that in big red letters on their websites.
The way I see it IDPH was screwing people over to save themselves from being swamped because of their own in-compassionate ways of issuing cards so they could be sure they'd always have at least 3 months worth of cards to approve to avoid layoffs.
It sounds like IDPH is working to help post 12/1 applicants by mail. If you previously applied by mail after 12/1, apply online you'll get PA, and they're not supposed to cash your check when they see you are already in the system. (This is per Rep. Cassidy and what she worked out with IDPH.)
LOL, IL and your money, good luck with that. It might be worth a stop payment fee on that one.
Sorry if any of this was already posted but infusion day and I'm going down for another emergency nap. But on the bright side I got my super post infusion tolerance back so the last couple weeks of bad times with mmj was probably my low drug levels. I was ready to call it quits Wednesday and Thursday.
About the pre December 1st applications, no. That's the screwing from IDPH being secretive and lying.
