Well, here's a little tidbit for you then, they are getting 250+ emails a day, asking them all the questions that get asked over and over here also. Rumors is they are going to hire someone just to deal with email! Remember these guys are building this business from the ground up, and they started here on this forum. I do know from personal experience, they will take care of you. I've never had better service from a company in my life, and I'm an old guy lol!

Thanks will do. going on 9 days now, no reply from HLG... Lol. Growmau himself can reply same day and I know that man is busy af.

Like I know HLG are busy and had a conference but do they not even leave 1 person at the office to deal with actual customers? Seems like they really need to hire help. They certainly are making enough to afford it.

They mentioned on another thread, they're trying to put a new product out every 2 weeks. For how long, they never said.

Anyone talked to HLG staff lately? I emailed them 7 days ago about an order they sent me that was broken and messed up and I'm not getting a reply for a week now. Seems like these guys need to hire more staff. Rapid LED and Chilled always get back to me same day. Anyone have advice how to get ahold of HLG?
Hello
We are hiring and training more people but it takes time. Do send your order number too warrantyhlg@gmail.com and we will get it taken care of asap.

Hello @Stephenj37826 I have a question.

A few months ago I picked up some 288v2s on sale. They came attached to a scatchndent double slate 2 (clear anodized, actually nice condition) which was basically free, of course.

So my application needs an XL and I was gonna just buy one later (now).

Please forgive me, but is the pricing for a triple slate 2 correct on the website? Or is that to deter people from snatching up your heatsinks without buying boards? I don't mean to be rude I just want know for sure before I order. Thanks!

Sorry! Just remembered to check my email! Order #4460

Edit: situation resolved, awesome sauce, thanks guys!

Just purchased the 135w v2 quantum off amazon new (got the last new one :)). Anyways..never messed with these before and was curious about the wattage..do they come factor set to full watts, or do I need to increase wattage? Not sure at all about that..so need some help. Was easy to set up as well..took about 15 minutes.

Are 2x qb132 enough for a 2x4 2 plant grow? I was thinking 3000k for veg/ flower , probably better yield than my 2x 300w-equivalent bloomspect blurples and handful of 9w screw in leds. Thoughts?

My T5 light I use for house plants and veggie seedlings is long over due for replacement. I wanted to get a LED direct replacement but they were either junk or way over priced. So I just bought a pair of QB96 strips. That ought give them some light!

I run 4 x QB 288 V1 on a HLG Slate 6 quad driven by a 480h-c2100B in my 5 x 5 tent. I get good results but still don't think that it is enough light. Does anyone have recommendations to boost my LED watts up to around 800-900?

For those that are not familiar with the Slate 6 it is one long heatsink with 4 boards side by side. I could easily fit a second one in there but I think that I would like something with the newer diodes.

Just run some 4' strips around the edge. Use h influx at $56/pc and run them on a 480-24/48 can't remember the voltage right now. But 120watts a piece. Or a 320 if you even wanted to.
