I have no problem with a woman, African American, gay or cross-dressing bi-curious zoroastrian - as long as they are well qualified to be the President. Right now we have an old, semi-rich whitish guy who is a total disaster and completely unqualified for any public office anywhere but he is supported by around 40% of the country. Its sad.
We should vote for a person because of their merits, not because of their membership in a social or racial group. But that won't stop me from enjoying the total humiliation of right wingers.

Recognizing a persons right to control their own property isn't the same as endorsing their choices. Two separate things there.
For instance, if I owned property and you were going to come to it, I would appreciate it if you wore a sign around your neck, "full disclosure...I may shit on your floor" . That doesn't mean I endorse your aberrant behaviors now does it?
