Dude if you get out the infected bits there should be no problem at all especially if the mould just started there wouldnt be enough spore to affect anyone second even if you've smoked bud with spores and we all have, most healthy people will not be affected at all, those with severe lung problems and the chronically ill and compromised immune system might get effected.
But like I said you remove
The infected bits and a bit around it the amount of spores would be minuscule. By the way those spores were already there mould just doesnt appear it needs a spore to start. Weve all smoked spores lets be logical and get real.

If I come across like im a high horse then sorry but as you all know I give away an ounce or two worth of flower as oil every two weeks. I don't sell my avg gear let alone sell mouldy stuff. If I wouldn't smoke it I wont sell it. It should be part of your quality control.
Mould is dangerous. If its not treated it spreads very quickly, spores will be all over it as they are light and disperse well.
