Funny you should bring up jury nullification. I'm due for jury duty in a couple of weeks. I do have issues with the following:

JUROR'S OATH: The oath administered is that the jurors: "Will well and truly try the matter in issue between the Plaintiff and Defendant, and a true verdict given according to the Law and evidence as given them on the trial." (ORCP 57E) When members of the jury take this oath, they become Judges of every question of fact in the case and are a part of the legal machinery for determining the claims that are made by the respective parties. They are duty bound to act fairly and impartially, and are no longer free to act upon their feelings or emotions, but only on reason and Judgment and under instructions of the Judge.

I have no issues with the oath, it's the last five words that bother me. I was a juror for a trial where the instructions from the judge for deciding intent conflicted with how I would use the word. We took an oath to follow the judge's instructions. After that trial, I resolved never again would I agree to let somebody else have that power over me. The next time I showed up, my number came up and during jury selection I said I could not agree to be bound by the judge's instructions. They then said I could go. It's a great dodge if one wants to avoid jury duty but I am bothered that the judge may tell a juror how to decide a case. If anybody says they cannot take an oath that prevents them from judging for themselves they are told they aren't allowed to be on a jury.
I can tell you. Regardless of the oath you take, as a juror, you can vote any way you see fit. The jury system, while admittedly not 100% flawless, is the only democratic institution that has functioned halfway as intended throughout history. Where oaths are concerned, I don't respect them when they are part of the political process. If a juror respects an oath, that juror is likely the only honest person in the courtroom. It is maladaptive to be the only honest participant in a dishonest game. Truth is not used in politics. I am sorry but that is the way it is. The jury must be in charge, not the judge. The jury has a natural right to impose its will in court. The judge and other have man made rights.

What does this mean?
Means you don't own stocks. Also startups don't always make money at first. MOST don't...ask Google and Facebook.
All stocks don't give dividends. You do know what dividends are right ? If you don't hold your stock for the company to pay out dividends you will not see any.
Example: stock holders from Boeing saw a dividend pay out on 3/2019 about 2.07 a share. With 50 shares you got about roughly 103.bucks. Prior the dividend pay out was around 10/2018 about. 1.70 a share. Boeing is a good stock to have for dividend payout, but if you are a freaking day trader you will never see it...because you sold you shares. Dividends payouts pays in the long game.

Didn't understand why you mentioned dividends when Tesla never paid them or maybe I didn't understand the jargon. Didn't know the Taco was a day trader.

True that I don't own stocks in my retirement portfolio, I don't believe an individual investor has an edge over hedge funds and institutions. Also, hard to keep costs low enough to be worth it. Not saying making money through individual investing can't be done but it's hard to say if one does because of skill or luck. Also transaction costs are a drag on performance in small accounts. 60% of investors under perform compared to the overall market. Fact.

I've worked for 10 different start-ups and have seen it all when it comes to the early days of these ventures. Its never as predictable as Taco makes it out to be. It's never as rosy as Musk makes it out to be. Still, too risky for my blood.

Means he long on stocks. In for the investment not the income
Anybody that was in on Tesla for the long haul got in on it back in 2003 and got out in December 2018.

Tesla has seen it's best day. It's all down hill from here.

You've been posting moronic shit for 6 months now. All of it has turned out false.

I've stated fact the last 6 months and been 100% accurate.

As I type this, Tesla has lost 33% of its value in 5 months, which is slightly worse than I predicted.

A full 1/3rd of the company is gone just that fast while you posted bullshit the entire time it happened.

In a previous life, I bet your name was Nero.

When investing in stocks that one would deem a long term future gain/risk, you look at the valuation of the company. Tesla still maintains a high valuation of about 41 billion. Which fucking means. They ain't going nowhere anytime soon. Tesla is the future.
Finished goods inventory hit 2 billion for the first time with sells starting overseas for the Model 3
