These two bastards went bush last night & came home in the wee-smalls totally covered in mud from the creek at the bottom of our property:The small one is the ringleader....He will only go out if he's got his "muscle" (the 60Kg Bull Arab) with him...
Edit: They're both rather "tired & emotional" in front of the fire after their overnight sojourn....

Sorry, I missed this last night.
I'm a bit lazy atm, 'cos it's so cold & windy here. I've got to clear-out the greenhouse & chuck the chillies that aren't looking too healthy. Then kill all the weeds & put down black plastic to stop that happening again. I don't think this greenhouse will survive another season, so I've already got another one ready to go up. I've got about 3/4 of an acre allocated to be my veggie/growing patch eventually, but have to clear about 50 tonnes of logs before I can erect it where I want it to go.
Since my soil plot is unlikely to be ready, I'm tossing-up going with coco in fabric pots for this season like you suggested. I can get 50L bags of the Canna Terra Pro. for $38.50 from my local hydro shop, or 50L bags of "straight" coco for $20.
The single-part Canna veg. nutes you suggested says it can be used for "previously-used" soil (which I've already got in 76L fabric posts from last season), but the NPK levels look surprisingly low. I also seem to remember reading Ozcocoloco's opinion that there's no such thing as a decent one-part?
Inside, I've been thinking about setting-up a recirculating flood & drain system using coco & fabric pots in the tent. Rather than buy a flood table, I reckon I can McGuyver something using shallow plastic tubs from Bunnings & a few bits from the hydro shop for a fraction of the cost.

Most of these are singles that I got from Seedsman due to a stuffed-up order I placed. Plus, I've got a heap of "unknowns" that a mate gave me a few years ago & got me sucked into this vortex

I successfully made a swag of regular seeds that I want to cull-down to females-only using CS & then try my hand at cloning for when I get my hands on some decent genetics down the track...That's just for the weed side of things. I also want to do all of this stuff for my tomato's & chillies as well.
Looks like I've just convinced myself to pull my finger-out, eh?

Ive been thinking for awhile about putting in a decent vegy garden and maybe some chooks but ...the work...

We started with over 80 tonnes & I've been getting through it year-by-year with the help of multiple chainsaws (I have 4 of them, including a Stihl 880 Magnum with a 30" bar for the big stuff
"The Beast") & a 30T log splitter. A royal PITA, to be sure, but it keeps me active during the warmer months. Winter is a bitch, but I get to burn the products of my labour (weed & wood
). I'd post pictures, but they'd ID me
.We kept chooks that produced so many magnificent eggs on a regular basis that we couldn't keep up with, but the dogs despatched them in a fit of pique, so that's something we'll re-visit down the track.

Gd friend recommended wonder woman from nirvana seeds for yield and quality.
I was thinking about throwing in a half dozen of them as my grow last year for 6 plants was pretty poor I thought.

Guy named Ruby fruit got good yield's from Wonder Women and likes to rave about it so it must be pretty good.

Just want to know if it's a fussy eater or I can smash it with nitrogen and shes ok with that in veg growth
Does that ruby fruit come by often I'd really like to see what he has to offer for advice on it

I done 6 strains from royal seeds last year but the yield lacked I thought
