All of the "services" which government alleges to provide are paid for thru involuntary means. I'm sure if people really want something it can be accomplished another way. For instance, grocery stores, you pick the one you like, but if you don't pick STORE X, you're not forced to give them money.

There should be some degree of order. But the police should merely be enforcing what society deems as socially acceptable. Elected officials drafting laws based upon their constituents. It seems like post patriot act; that the police have been militarized. They have too much authority and have overstepped the boundaries of the constitution.
