Yeah that was me last year, that’s why I started growing personal at the start of the year. I got over my outdoors running out and buying crap, plus my regular dealer died of skin cancer. He used to take pride in his work and had his own strains that dated back to the 80’s he was 65 and had grown since he was 20. His shit was quality wish I got cuts still kick my self to this day.

Reporting back-in having (as promised) dropped one of the new caps at about 2pm Sunday...

I have little recollection of Sunday arvo., including posting stuff about skydiving (usually Friday night fare) & replying to posts in an "unfiltered" state. It's amazing how this stuff acts as a "mental broom", but can be a bit scary when the memory disappears.:sleep:

According to the proceeds of the afternoon, I got "Sativa-productive" & made 2 x Sourdough loaves & a Malaysian chicken curry (from scratch) & ate it with no memory of doing so.

I think we could safely call this batch a bit of a "Dragon" & that's from some shitty-smoking auto's that I ditched/pulled early.

Now where did I put those food colouring drops......?

As I've said previously, I'm not a big smoker ('haven't touched a bong in a LOOOONG time & don't intend to start again any time soon). Maybe a small spliff on a Friday night. That's the extent of my smoking.

Edibles require about twice as much as smoking for the same effect, but it lasts 4x as long. You do the maths......

The trouble with edibles is that unless you know exactly what you're dealing-with, it can be either a very pleasant/cruisy/giggly experience, something I experienced on Sunday....

.....or a raging descent into the pits of hell ('been there, done that - not recommended!). Nothing to do but accept that you've over-done it & ride it out in the knowledge that you're not going to die.

If you wanna make caps, err on the side of caution & make a small number/amount at a time & learn from the experience of ONE at a time (they can take a bit of time to kick-in). You can always dilute the liquid you've made & then bulk-pack what you're happy-with.

Yeah, I've experienced edibles back when I was a newbie many moons ago.
I didn't know what I was doing in terms of dose and both me and my wife were so fucking high it put us off edibles. :D

But I am going to give it a shot again with the capsules and, like you say, start small and work my way into a proper dose.

This convo reminds me of that classic hilarious 911 call in the US where the cop and his wife ate confiscated pot brownies:


"I think we're dead, I really do"
"Time is going by really, really, really slow"

so i was at the tip today and someone had chucked out their MH and hps 400W oldschool ballasts.... $10 bucks and a loose wire reconected. Now l i can start a second grow woo hoo

after testing it turns out the hps is is fast to start and sweet to run, with a sontiagro400W but the metal halide seems to be a bit feerkin noisey and sounds like a real loud crazy buzzing noise all the time man im bummed i wanted the MH to start a new grow

then just use the HPS for now. It will do the important part better anyway

yeah i know i can do both but i'll be honest right now ...i always done it that way with a sonti agro or a six hundred i already have 2 x 400w sonties one makes three Sontiagro's ive actually never done the MH thing

it still works tho i ran it again and after a while it could be ok, after it warms up, im thinkin about just seeing if it will work for a while, and doing a grow whilst im flowering my main grow,

i just hope my neighbours can sleep good it sounds the worst of all my gear
