How did you get that thing up to hang??? You must have reinforced bars to hold that thing up!!! N o t ragging on you,just saying,damn,i like it but I KNOW its heavy!!!

Was born from my inability to navigate alibaba heh. Here is the price sheet for all my materials. In retrospect a similar build with the atreum v2s would have only been a couple bucks more. I have a couple hlg 304s that I have no complaints about so I wasn’t particularly concerned. This fixture will light half of a 3x8 Scrog I’m planning.

Has anyone cut one of the heat sinks before? I have a triple and double heat sink and would like to turn the triple into a double. And recommended ways of cutting it?

I would say so far I am pretty pleased with my HLG 320xl v2 Rspec. That light I have in a 2x4x7. One thing I’ve noticed with it is it turns your plants into straight calmag pigs. People tell me I’m crazy but I wish I had more light in that tent and am thinking about running an HLG red supplement bar light on each side of my 320 or a 100w saber on each side to bring the total up to 540. Heres some of my Als Exotic Driver at 41 days flower. Use an older blade on a chop saw with some WD 40 to lube cut. Proper eye protection of coarse. I was contemplating cutting a double when HLG sent me a double heatsink instead of 2 singles. I found a different solution in the QB96e's

THe 320 RSPEC with 3 boards and 320 watt driver should have more than enough wattage for a 4x2. That would be more than 40 watts per sq ft. The RSPEC has deep reds ( 660 nm ). Apparently the reds (630 nm ) are not as efficient/. I am pretty sure Stephen from HLG mentioned this on the GML show. Money best spent on a UV strip.

Ive been looking into UV as well. I like to push the limits. That girl right there has well over 50 tops.

I am waiting just a little longer for UV. I like the tubes UVB but I wonder if that spectrum will wear on other various things inside a tent. THe UVA strips look good to fit in well, but how good do they work on enhancment of terps repell bugs etc ( no apparent gain in resin... ). I will wait on the reports a little longer.

Idk why my post says few more at the top. I believe I meant to post some more pictures but was indeed too high and never ended up doing it lol.
