Well, ok then.
We got the China thing all straightened out ... but, the subject of this thread is not China.

Arrests of people crossing the Southwestern border have plummeted 75% since May, marking one of the most dramatic drops in recent history and a sign that policy changes by the Trump administration and Mexico are reducing migration to the U.S.
So, love the policies or hate 'em ... they're working.
A lot of it has to do with the pressure placed on leaders of these piss hole countries that the illegals are running from.
But, it's not because of construction of a wall.
Trump has made it clear that we won't be solving their problems for them; and if they keep pushing people off on us, we'll make their problems worse. So, their home countries are doing a better job of protecting their borders too.
