Well if you’re not in a legal state you won’t have access to a lab. Most are in legal states and go via a trusted drop off point. You sending said sample through the mail is illegal .

The problem is we tell you not only is it nasty but an EXTREME health risk. It’s a risk to your health just being around it due to spores. As the days go by the mold will get worse. It’s not worth the time nor is it worth any money you put into it.

Given the amount of contaminents the OP has already discovered, there is no way to know what the bulk of that cannabis is contaminated with. To say there are no aflatoxins is conjecture. Just because botrytis the most common fungal pathogen doesnt mean shit. Blunt, yes. But I'm just not convinced a product with that many unknowns can or should be processed for human consumption.

I think the OP got his feels hurt because everyone was telling him its nasty and unhealthy. His only real response is but but but it was free y'all dont understand. Instead for instead of sucking up the fact that someone "gifted" him a pile of garbage. Theres a reason it was free and it's not a gift. They probably looked and you an knew you were a sucker and could offload their junk on you.

Its why I said earlier well go ahead at least we wont have to worry about more stupid questions from this cat at least lol. Its folks like this that remind me humanity is losing all common sense faster everyday.

I am still not butt hurt... I am just looking at it from the point of view of is it possible?
The only money spent was $10 on ice and $6 on .2 micron syringe filter tips. Granted I probably spent $16 more than i should have.
I guess i will call it off because i have to borrow the source turbo and do not want to subject a friends equipment to potential harmful concentrates.
I guess the community will never truly know until someone in a legal state is willing to risk their life in order to get lab results.


I do think the bulk majority of you are jaded and have forgotten how and why we as a community have gotten so far.
It sure wasn't because we sat around not doing anything.Ten years ago people were just figuring out standard procedures for vacuum purging bho...
we have fuckin THC growing inside E Coli but y'all think we cant extract thc from thc rich material.

It's not the mere $16 spent, it's the fact you are coming in contact with basically poison which could seriously impact your health from just handling it, never mind actually smoking the mold.

Cut your losses and dispose of it immediately

Go for it man. great example meh I own my own business as a network engineer, have two degrees....on being in plant science because why not. My time alone is worth too much to dick with junk weed. We as a community have come quite a ways. Meaning we don’t have to fool around with junk. I mean why not toss that health hazard and simply grow. Also I don’t use anything like methane or co2 for extracts even. I mean I grow fully organic so why would I want to contaminate my end product by using stuff like that. Nugsmasher makes some good quality presses this way I can end up with a pure end product. I mean I cater to other vets like myself which I give away almost half of what I harvest to fellow vets for free now that’s a true gift. The other is for myself and family.

Is there any acceptable way we know of to be sure we are separating only the goodies?
