i was taking them for a drug test i had at lunch.... he had to go sit in the truck with the ac on for an hour..... i felt bad, so i let him punch me...
it was funny shit at first tho.... he thought it was the fiberglass in the shingles.... red as a beet... "boss, i think there is somethin on the shingles, they're tearin my ass up!!" 10mins later he caught on, "you motherfuckers!! put niacin in my drink!!"

This may not be the meanest, but surely the funniest. My ex-brother in law had just gotten out of the army and was living with my ex-wife and myself. He stayed home eating everything in site all day while we went to work. I finally got tired of it and bought some dog treats that looked and smelled like chocolate. I paced them in a fancy dish in the living room and told him not to eat them, they were for a guest that was coming over. When I left the room , I could see through a mirror that he went straight for the bait. I let him eat a couple of mouths full and after he swallowed, I let him know that the guest we were expecting was my friend Ben's dog.

Meanest thing ive ever done i think would either be when I was like 11 i burned down the park that all the little kids played on, kinda felt bad for that one. Or in grade school we gave a laxitive (dont know how to spell it) bar to a kid in class. I still remember his shit stained pants at recess.

okay, heres the meanest weed-related thing ive done- i was smokin a blunt and drivin with some friends when we stopped at a gas station for drinks. as we pull up i see the town mooch standing outside just as he sees me hit the blunt. he immediatly starts walking over. now theres about an inch left of the blunt, and i easily would have smoked it for awhile longer. but as he walks up, about 15-20 feet away, i toss it out the window on the ground. he quickly picked the roach and squaked "hey man, ill still smoke this!". i just said "i know" and rolled up the window.
